The only method of connecting to the server is with the IBQ client software, ensuring the security of the system.

A company can make changes to its rates or edits at any time with the IBQ client. When a company makes a change, they have effectively made the change for all of their participating agents. No more programming errors or delays in getting rate changes out to the field.
