Multico: How do I export a quote to IBQ?
Step 1: In Multico's rater, click on "File, Export",
then double click on the "IBQ Systems" choice in the Export
to box (click here). Then
double click on the company you want to export to IBQ (click
here). You will then be presented with the IBQ login screen.
Enter your username and password.
Step 2: After logging into the IBQ auto program,
your customer information fills into the fields. Before you
can refine the application, you must create the customer.
Click the "New" button to create this customer (click
here). You are now on the customer "callup" screen, click
on the "Apply" button (click
here). You will then be taken into the application (QApp
in the upper right hand corner), with all of the information
from the comparative rater prefilling in the application.
You are now free to complete or save the application for access

OIS: How do I export a quote to IBQ?
Step 1: In OIS Power rater, after you have selected
the company that you want to upload to, click on F2-Print/Save,
then click on the Export button (view
the screen). After clicking the Export button, AMS's bridge
starts, and forces you to choose an application to launch.
Double click on the words IBQ Systems (view
the screen). You will then be presented with the IBQ login
screen. Enter your username and password.

What if I go
back into my comparative rater and make a change? How do I
export the new quote to overwrite the quote that is already
in IBQ?
Once you have made the changes to your quote in your comparative
rater, complete the first step for exporting from your comparative
rater (as listed above). Log into the IBQ System with your
username and password.
After logging into the IBQ program, your customer information
fills into the fields. Since the customer has already been
created, click on the "Search" button (click
here). Double click on your customers name within the
list (click here). Now
click on the "Apply" button (click
here)which will take you back into QApp application. Note
that the information that you changed in the comparative rater
has now been passed to the IBQ upload application.
