How do I quickly
navigate within the IBQ program?
Movement within the IBQ program is simple. All mandatory /
company required fields are highlighted in green. You must
enter data into these fields in order to get a quick quote,
and then to do your final application to your company.
Hitting the ENTER key takes you to the next required field.
The tab key takes you to the next sequential field, regardless
of requirement. You can also use your mouse to move from page
to page, without following any order. However, the system
will still force entry into the mandatory fields. The down
arrow symbol is an icon for a pull down list. Click on it,
and a list will be displayed with the available options for
that fields. Click here to view a

What is the difference
between rater mode and application mode?
Rater mode is signified by the "QRater" icon in the upper
right hand corner of the IBQ program screen. Rater mode allows
you to quickly rate a customer and to store that information
in your customer database for access at a later time. Rater
mode is designed to allow the agent to comparatively rate
a customer (with IBQ enabled companies).
App mode is signified by the "QApp" icon in the upper right
hand corner of the IBQ program screen. You enter application
mode when you have decided to place a customer with a company.
In app mode you are presented with that companies specific
questions and upload criteria. You will not be able to upload
an application to a company if the app does not conform to
that companies edits. Click here to see
the two icons (QRater & QApp)
