Vehicle Category Definitions

Street Rods -
Modified vehicles 1949 or older.
Any vehicle 1949 or older that is not original and altered will be considered a street rod.

Modified or Customized Show Cars -
Moddified vehicles 1950 and including vehicles over 20 years old.
Any vehicle 1950 through 20 years old or older that is not original and changed will be considered modified.

Replicars -
Classic reproductions or kit cars.

Sports Cars -
Model year cars 1968 and including vehicles over 20 years old that are original and unchanged such as Corvettes, Jaguars, Porsches, etc.

Muscle Cars -
Model year cars 1966 and including vehicles over 20 years old that are original and unchanged.
A muscle car is a small to mid-sized vehicle fitted with a V8 engine generating approximately 300 HP or more. They were originally built for the dual purpose of street and strip use. Most muscle cars are big blocks but some are small blocks and generally have a four barrel carburetor or more.

Antique/Classic -
Original and unchanged vehicles over 20 years old.
Early sports cars through model year 1967.
Pickups over 25 years old (must have a regular use pickup).

Antique/Classic Motorcycle -
Original and unchanged motorcycles through 25 years or older.

Antique Trucks/Vintage Military/Tractors -
Truck over 30 years old. No hauling or farm use allowed. Trucks must have collector plates and be hold as a collector item.
Vintage military units must be 30 years old. Military jeeps only - no utility vehicles, vans, motorhomes or camping units.
Farm tractors over 40 years old. No farm use is allowed.

Modern Collectible -
Model year vehicles 19 years old and newer. A rare, original, limited production model or anniversary edition vehicle with an appreciating value.

Exotic -
Model year vehicles 19 years and newer. A foreign made vehicle with a minimum value of $75,000.
